All I can say is WOW, I am blown away!! Gigi did a fantastic job on my microshading. My brows were very sparse to start with but now they look full and amazing. What is Microblading?

Microblading is a beauty treatment that consists of a semi-permanent tattoo in the eyebrow area. The technique consists of a hair-by-hair stroke that allows to design and define the natural eyebrows according to the size and shape of the face.

As long as the person in charge is a highly experienced professional specialist, the results will be natural, aesthetic, and last for about 2 years with the possibility of reversibility in case of regret.

NOTE: If you already have an old Tattoo on bottom there are ways to work on it. If is already faded we can work the design on top of it, but if the color is very strong or noticeable, We will have to neutralize the color on the first session, then work on the design in the second session, to finish on a third session.

Important: Do not do Botox or fillers after the procedure because it can change the shape of your eyebrows, if you most have Botox or fillers get them done and wait at least a month to do your eyebrows.

Process for initiating treatment

Before beginning the treatment:

We will discuss your preferred design, as well as the appropriate color based on your hair and skin color.

If you do not have a lot of eyebrow hair, we will work on that basis considering all of the above.

The next day we will observe the results. At the beginning and during the first week, it is normal to perceive the color darker than expected.
After 2 months of treatment, you will be able to undergo a touch-up session to perfect the eyebrow and increase its duration.

Micropigmentation is a treatment exclusive to certified beauty centers. Therefore, it must be performed by a professional expert in the field.

Microblading After Care

You may experience the following for a few days after the procedure;

Eyebrows glued between them in the morning
Swollen eyes
Slight bruises near the edge of the eye or around the eyebrow

You can return to your normal activities the same day. You can read and use your eyes for as long as you feel satisfied.

THE MOST IMPORTANT TO PRESERVE THE COLOR INTACT IN THE PROCEDURE IS NOT TO WET THE EYEBROWS FOR 7 DAYS AFTER THE PROCEDURE, NO WATER, NO CREAMS, OR OILS OF ANY KIND.

It is IMPORTANT to understand that we have to treat the area like any other open wound, taking necessary measures to avoid an infection.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT RUB when washing your face for at least 10 days.
DO NOT USE NEOSPORIN, because you can extract the color of the procedure.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SCRATCH, PULL OR REMOVE THE SCAB BEFORE THE BODY DISPOSES NATURALLY.
DO NOT TAKE sunbathes without wearing sunglasses for the next 15 days.
DO NOT APPLY MAKEUP to the tattooed part for 7 days.

How long does the treatment last?

Microblading lasts up to 2 years approximately, following the care recommendations and retouching 2 months after the treatment, which extends its duration for the estimated time of 2 years.

After your second touch-up clients usually return in 18 months to 2 years to maintain a fresh color and a natural look. Also, too much sun, tanning beds, the natural elements, or oily skin, can accelerate the loss of color in your eyebrows, just follow the care of the area to maintain a fresh look for longer.

The sessions, it should be pointed out, are safe. That is why, from the very first moment, tests are performed to check and rule out possible allergies. As long as we are talking about professionals, the procedure will always be optimal as well as its duration.

Who is a candidate for Microblading?

The best candidates for Microblade eyebrows are people with normal to a bit dry skin. If you have oily skin, orange type skin texture or very open pores, Microblade technique won’t last or work on you, for those types of skin there is Ombre Eyebrows Style or Microshading eyebrows.

How is Microblading done?

The technique dates back to tebori, the traditional Japanese tattoo. It is performed using a tool similar to a beveled scalpel with up to 14 needles, ideal for micropigmentation or tattooing.

Through these needles, liquid pigments are inserted into the superficial part of the epidermis. We are talking about a hair-by-hair stroke that offers a much more natural and harmonious appearance.

Can you microblade over old tattoo?

As long as the new design can be adapted to the existing one, considering the tone and healing of the eyebrow, it is possible to perform the microblading technique.

When can I wash my eyebrows after microblading?

We recommend not to wet the treated area for a maximum of 7 days. The ideal is the dry healing process to avoid infections and problems with the pigment.

Therefore, we recommend no water, no creams, or oils of any kind.

Can you get microblading while pregnant?

The treatment is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How long does it take for microblading to heal?

As long as you follow the specialist’s recommendations, the healing process will take from 5 to 7 days and will be completed after 10 days. The healing process depends on the type of skin of each person and the constancy in following the aftercare recommendations.
